As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Is your co-worker friends with you though? I think maybe people needs to be friends with you to be able to click like.
In Account > Privacy Settings > Basic Directory Information
What do you have set to "See my interests and other Pages".
I'm wondering if it's set to "Friends only" it will only let you "like" friends photos.
I can't "like" it either... I'm also assuming b/c I'm not friends w/ you on FB. All of my settings (including the one you mentioned) are set to friends only, but I would think that that controls what my friends can like, not me liking other peoples things? So maybe your friend who posted it has to change that setting? But maybe I'm wrong about that. Anyway, I'll add you as a friend and see what happens!

It worked!
I have un-tagged myself from the photo...I'm thinking it may have been the problem.
