Any of you ladies (or your husbands) a computer genius? I keep getting the blue screen of death on my netbook. It keeps saying something about a "USB bugcode driver error" or something like that. I haven't installed any new software or hardware. I have virus protection and nothing is popping up. Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?
Re: Computer-smart people??
Does restarting it fix the problem? Which operating system are you using (like Windows XP, Vista, Mac OS X)?
I googled your error to see what I could find. This link might be helpful.

It's for Windows XP. It looks like they might have a service pack to fix the problem.
From my Googleing, it looks like this is happening a lot in Vista. I"m trying to find something about Windows 7 for you.
I found this site: http://www.bugcodeusbdriver.com/bugcode-usb-driver-how-to-fix-bugcode-usb-driver-error-easily/
It says it's a Registry error or corruption, but it's all about you downloading something from them. I'm suspicious of sites that want you to download stuff. I haven't looked into the site to see if it is a scam or for real.
The easiest solution....
GET A MAC!
Hahahaha!
