You are very well aware that I have expressed interest in moving to another department on several occasions. And since I am in good standing you have let me apply to other positions. Now you want to put a freeze in the department and not allow anyone to apply for other roles!! Please lift this freeze so that I can move on with my career!!

I know I b*tched all winter long about snow so you might find this a tad amusing but, it is too damn hot. It has been over 90 just about every day since May.
