Re: Confession Thursday
I confess I am REALLY hungry after snacking all morning. Then again, I did get on my 30DS DVD this morning! Whoohoo!
I also confess I wish I had earplugs so I wouldn't have to hear a lot of what my manager says and does here. She is my immediate supervisor but the Regional is the "boss" (hires, fires, etc) and if only the Regional heard what I hear/ see what I see . . .

I also confess that I do not like how our house has become a zoo....I really wished DH would have said no to taking in my little cousin's cat. His old cat (17yrs old) and this young cat (5 yrs old) do not get along. Our puppy feels left out since we have to focus more time on breaking up the fights...Ugh...
I confess that I will be glad when A's birthday party is over with. I'm a little bittersweet about hosting our first large party at the house. Every time August starts rollng around M begins to panic about money because on top of a gift, cake and ice cream we have to feed his family of 40, or get biittched out and called names by everyone for providing snacks but no dinner (like we were last year because we were too broke with the wedding coming up).
And then there's the fact that my IL's don't leave. I think they feel this is more of a party for them, than for her because they want to get smashed and stay all night.
oooooh I've been waiting for this!! I confess that my little lady problem has resolved itself and DH and I made a pact to have sex every night this week I confess that we have to do things like this because we are often lazy and exhausted after work, but are always grateful once we do!
i also confess that i am a wee bit excited DH is going out of town this weekend. of course I will miss him terribly but I'm pumped to watch chick movies and drink wine and paint my nails on the couch without anyone whining about the smell!
I confess that I have been feeling really blah lately I'm not even sure why...Maybe it's b/c it's my time of the month and I just feel irritated with everything!!
I also confess that I have a touch of the baby bug, everytime someone announces they are having one...(which has happened every 2 weeks for the last few months) I get so excited for them and it makes me think about when we will have one. But when I actually sit and think about it in a realistic way I know we want more us time...DH and I talked about it because he feels it now and then too and we decided next year this time we would start trying.
I wish! However this will never happen until after she turns 16. Their whole family always did big family parties for the kids until their 16th birthday then the big parties stop so she has 4 more. I do believe that kids should have other kids at their birthday parties to celebrate with them though. She told me she gets bored because her cousins are all older and it's not as fun for her without other kids. We invited a family of friends whose girls she loves to play with. But if we didn't do the famly party they'd flip. See, it's not about the kid. It's about them. No party, they flip. They had a fit because we didn't feed them last year but we were broke from the wedding coming up. Yet BIL and SIL did just snacks for his nephew that same year and nobody jumped on them. They're less fortunate than we are though so that may be why.
