the pressure!!!
sheesh, i didn't realize that i'd feel so much pressure to purchase thousands of dollars in mary kay product to keep on hand, i haven't even had one pampering session/party yet, i'm not even sure i'll be good at this, there is no way i am buying a bunch of product that i might not sell, yes they buy it back for 90%, but still, i'm not getting stuck with a bunch of stuff, i just want to try it out with family and friends, let them order, go from there, if i like it i'd considering more of an inventory of items that typically sell, but i just cannot afford to buy all that stuff at this time
if you go to a party i know it is nice to cash and carry that night, but does anyone really mind waiting a few days for an order???

I know I'm way late to this post, but that is RIDICULOUS. I don't think anyone out there actually expects to leave a party with their purchases that night!
I've heard that a lot of these type of companies are really pushy about that kind of thing, and want you to put out a lot of $$ up front. That's one thing I liked about PartyLite... your kit was free, and they didn't pressure you to buy ANYthing else. You bought whatever you wanted, as you wanted to, at a huge discount. I haaaaate asking people to have parties, otherwise I'd probably still be doing it!
