Celebrating 6 months
of wedded bliss!
We're taking the day off work, and either going to the beach or hitting Six Flags (which we've never done together), then going out to dinner at Bobby Flay's Bar Americain in the city. Can't wait to play hooky with my hubby to celebrate. This is just the beginning though - we're making our anniversary trip plans already. Since we got married around President's Day weekend, we've decided to take a three-day trip to somewhere new in the U.S. every year. Probably New Orleans will be our first stop!
Any other newlyweds celebrating the half-year mark this month?

My H threatened me with the cake-in-the-face from the moment we got engaged! I begged him not to, threatened all sorts of revenge and he kept saying "maybe I will... maybe I won't..." Drove me nuts for a whole year!
In the end he didn't do it, never was intending it, but he just loves to get me riled up.. he thinks it's cute
I had to laugh. You should see my face in the wedding video, sheer terror LOL.
My mom and MIL both call or write an email every 20th of the month, they's so cute about remembering the wedding date. I'm thinking that'll stop after we hit a year, but it's nice to be reminded (I totally didn't remember it on month 4 or 5).
