Menu help
Grants birthday is a pool party at the MILs. She only has a charcoal grill and H doesn't feel like carting our gas grill. I need some ideas for main dishes. MIL volunteered to do meatballs for sandwiches but I'd like another option.

I get the mad poops if I eat food from a charcoal grill. I agree the taste can sometimes be better, but my belly hates it.
What about a make your own taco bar? Tacos with all the fixings then some fun kind of dips.
Pulled Pork Sliders is a cheap mofo and can't afford the ring ima have. My new main dish might be Baked Beans, but I'll need 10 more hours with them...they're slow cookin for me right now...if you catch me.
