Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Found my replacement
For when I'm on maternity! One of my good friends quit her job and is just nannying right now. She's in grad school and is planning her wedding next summer and is looking for 10-15 hours a week for extra income for the wedding. She's perfect and I think my boss will love her! I feel more confident leaving my job in the hands of someone I know who can do it rather than us hiring an unknown who won't be able to tolerate it. You have to be basically perfect to do this job or my boss will ax you and I know she is! She's also got a great backbone and I've warned her about her and told her all the horror stories! Hopefully my boss will like her when she interviews her and she'll be able to do it!
