Hating our wedding song
So as it says, Im hating our wedding song, monica- love all over me. Its on the radio 24/7. The bad part is that we didnt even pick that song. We picked a babyface song. Our dj played that song and at the wedding I have to admit that I loved the sudden change. It fit perfectly. I sang it to him during our dance.
Well now its irking my soul. I have stopped listening to the radio. The bad part is that I made the mistake of mentioning that to the hubby. And he says, "not me, it just transports me back to that wonderful day." Now i hate the song and I feel like a boob for it.

Don't worry, I don't really like our wedding song either. I think to myself that probably in 20 or 30 years when the song is an oldie, I'll like it more and it will take me back to the wedding day, like your man said. If not, oh well I guess. You shouldn't feel like a boob over it though. (I might be saying that so I don't have to feel bad either!)
Edit: H just asked me what I was doing, so I read him your post and said I was responding. He just said, "I always thought that expression was stupid. Boobs are good things!" Hehe
Don't worry about it, maybe taking a break from Monica will be good and you'll hear it a long time from now and it won't bother you so much
What Babyface song did you have picked out? Our 1st dance was to "Everytime I Close My Eyes" (my choice) to which H has *no idea* who Babyface even is. ha.
