WORKS!!! I have done 11 days of it already (didn't workout yet today), 7 of level 1, and the past 4 of level 2. I lost the belly I was starting to get and now am back to a flat stomach (now I want definition on those abs!!) AND I'm bloated right now and usually feel and look FAT for this week. So the fact that I think I look good?!! In a few days or so, I may look even better!! :-D OK, I'm done ranting about this.
Plus, it's short-lived, as the majority of my fat is on my thighs, butt, and hips. Oops. So question, does everyone lose weight in a particular order (or gain) or is it just me? Like I gain on my thighs first, then butt, then hips, then gutt, and that's all the further I've ever gotten. LOL So I lose in the opposite order. Which SUCKS cuz it takes FOREVER and a LOT of losing to get to my dammn thighs!! Is anyone else like this? Oh, and for me, I dont really gain or ever have a problem with upper body (arms, back, neck area). I stay skinny there. Oh, how I love my non-proportioned body! haha

im so glad to hear it's working! my co-worker is on the famine diet (as i call it) and she basically eats only 500 calories a day. im determined to prove to her that you can workout to lose weight, which is the healthy way.
i have the same problem as you! i gain it all on my spare tire and thighs before my upper body. im working on the gut and slowly the thighs, but it's gonna be a while. *sigh* good news is i won't lose my boobs!

I hate, hate, hate it and I can't ever seem to tone them down enough. My lower thighs get all smexy while my upper thighs insist on being icky.
Yay for the workout kicking your tummy into shape! *high fives* Now that we're done with our camping trip, it's time for me to get back to it. >.<
