XP: Help me...planning a bachelorette party

I feel so old. One of by best friends is getting married in October and I'm supposed to plan the bachelorette party. I have no ideas. These days all I want to do is sleep!  Please help and give me some ideas.

What did you do for your bachelorette party?

Have you been to one that was really fun? (Some of the other guests are pretty conservative, so no strippers.)

Thanks!

  • Some girlfriends and I went to Loca Luna for tapas and salsa dancing. It wasn't too "wild," but it was fun.
  • I went to a bachelorette party at Pole La Teaz, and it was an insane amount of fun!
  • Drinks and dancing at Loca Luna is really fun.

  • I agree with Loca Luna. You can't really go wrong there. And if y'all want to go to other bars/clubs afterwards, there are other places nearby - Opera, Cosmo/Lava, etc.
  • I had a low-key bachelorette party. We had a spa day at Three-13, followed by dinner later at The Melting Pot. Nothing wild or crazy simply because that isn't me.
  • My girlies and I went to Athens and partied it up like college kids. We stayed at the Hilton downtown so that we could walk everywhere.  Very nostalgic for all of us since we all went to UGA.

  • For me - nice dinner in midtown followed by s ....Front Page News for drinks and dancing at Opera, Sutra, etc.  I'd recommend it :)

I just went to a bachelorette party there this past weekend.  We are an extremely conservative group, so this was a little bit out of our element, but I think everyone had a good time.  We did the chair dancing class.  It was not too riskee.  They also have pole dancing, stripping, and some others.
