Re: photo album

  • We haven't done our wedding pictures yet but we will be using snapfish for our wedding pictures for parents

  • i haven't officially done our yet either, but i'm going to go with whoever has the best deal at the time :-)  so, it will be a toss up between snapfish, winkflash or blurb (someone recently suggested that on here, i think)

i'm leaning towards blurb because you download the program to your computer and you don't have to log-in to a website constantly or upload your photos to the website (you just select the folder on your computer that the pictures are in and you drag them into the book), and the prices seem really reasonable.

Jacob Alexander was welcomed to the world on March 15th at 9:46 pm weighing 7 lbs 13 oz, 20 inches long.
  • We used Picaboo to make photo books for each set of our parents. I was pretty pleased with the service & prices, just not with the size choices to choose from (I'm a scrapbooker and I like the 12x12 books and we had to get 11x8.5).

  • I looked back as far as I could and found someone suggested blurb, and my mom suggested inkubook too.  looks like blurb is cheaper.  we're deciding what we want to do.

  • Yep....I love Blurb.  I used it to make our engagement photo album/guestbook and it was super easy and had tons of options.  I'm going to use it to make albums for our parents whenever we get our CD.

  • Just popping in here, but - you know we did Mom and Paula's mother's day gifts on Snapfish, right?  They came out really nice and they were super prompt for delivery.

The only things about making an online album to print out is that you have to be really careful that you don't compromise on the resolution.

  • I did mine on Shutterfly and was really happy with it.
