I'm thinking of buying a label maker but not sure if it is worth the money. Besides labeling files and your spice jars, what other ways do you use a label maker??
Re: Label makers
This, my FI also used it to label his work van so all the parts go right back where they should and he knows when to put in an order for more
Our pantry doesn't have boxes, we put everything in Tupperware canisters. I label those. In my closet I have several rolling cart drawer things, I labeled the drawers so DH knows what's in each and doesn't rummage through nailpolish looking for Advil. I have a bunch of boxes that came with expensive purses, I labeled those. I made labels for the dust bags for purses, so I know which is in which bag. Boxes of Christmas ornaments, the big rubbermaid containers we keep holiday decorations in
I also label work folders and presentations. I also label thumb drives with client reports.

We big puffy heart our label maker!!! DH has even "borrowed" mine and taken it to his dad's house when he was straightening out his dad's financial mess!
I've used it to label CD disks with photos, DVD cases that have lost their inserts, the tops of recipe cards, school supplies for our kids that have to go to school (we have to label the kids' folders, composition books, crayon boxes, etc.).
