How is your workout routine when you workout ladies? Some days I feel like I am doing too much and other days I feel like I am not doing enough. I am still trying to find my happy medium.

Before the wedding I was on a roll, I would workout almost every day and it would be in the evening. I would do the 30DS or some other form of torture from Jillian.
Post wedding sucks! We are so busy during the summer that I don't have a chance to workout at night. Usually we take Sadie for longer walks in the summer so I still get somewhat of a workout from that. After weighing myself last week, I committed to waking up in the morning to do 30DS so i can get it out of the way. So far so good!
Shmel's Blog
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: I do 30DS or go to the club for one of the Team classes that DH runs
Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday: Zumba and long walks with DH (plus the puppy)
Saturday will be my off days until January. I then will switch my off day to Friday or Sunday.
I normally don't go to the gym unless I'm at a class. I have zero motivation to push myself to a point where I'm actually accomplishing something, so I need an instructor to do that for me.
If I can't make a class and really want to exercise, i will run on the treadmill 2-3 miles and do abs, and sometimes arms.
DH and I walk the dog 1-2 miles every day so that's something, too.
Sunday - cardio (a 3 mile walk, which I am slowly working up to longer since gym is closed on sundays)
Monday - nautilus machines at the gym
Tuesday - cardio (either a 3 mile walk or 45 minutes of elliptical/bike/treadmill combo at the gym)
Wednesday - rest day, not including [hopefully] a weekly bike ride with amanda after this weekend
Thursday - lower body
Friday - upper body and abs
Saturday - cardio (morning combo class @ gym or 3 mile walk)
