As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

XP - Anyone use a Mac with a Cannon?
If you do, I have a question for you...
When I plug the rebel into the computer, nothing shows up - like no external drive or anything... what gives? I try to search for it and nothing!
I'd really like to get these Greece pics up and running, ya know...

i'm a nikon girl, but this is what i found that you can do...
If nothing happens when you connect a digital camera to your computer:
If your camera is connected but iPhoto is not open, open iPhoto and look for your camera?s icon in the Source list. If the icon is there, click the icon to select it. This opens import view.
If your camera is connected and iPhoto is open, but your camera?s icon does not appear in the Source list, try one of the following:
Check your camera to see if it?s turned on and set to the correct mode for importing photos. For which mode to choose, see the instructions provided with your camera.
Make sure the USB cable is properly connected to your camera and the computer. If possible, try plugging the cable into another USB port on your computer.
Check your memory card for damage. See the documentation that came with your camera for more information on this or other possible problems.
