As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Sisters away at basic.
My sister who just turned 18 on the 5th, is away at basic training. How freaking strange. I haven't gotten a letter from her yet, but I'm sending her out a care package, she makes me so freaking proud.
She's only 105lbs, during her first week she dropped to 99: so they have her on a special 'diet'. She eats 5 meals a day, and MUST eat seconds at lunch and dinner. In addition she has snack 3 times a day (consisting of 4 granola bars each time). She also has to drink 8 cups of a milk a day, and 3 protien shakes.
Her letter to my dad said in HUGE letters: I'M GOING TO THE GAS CHAMBER NEXT WEEK. I CAN'T FRICKIN WAIT! at least we know she likes it.

DEFINITELY something to be PROUD of! I remember when my oldest conquered the gas chamber...I couldn't believe. But now I know she was fibbing when she said the fumes of bathroom cleaner got to her so she shouldn't be made to clean the bathroom (LOL!). If you go to your sister's graduation you will feel a sense of PRIDE that you probably never imagined. I cried so many tears (but I am emotional like that). It was wonderful because C and my Mom were with me. Also, my DD wanted to take a walk with me alone, she showed me everything she did and what they trained for...AWESOME!
You sister is going to LOVE the package and the letters! Send as many as possible if you can!
