Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I have been good about working out, though I took Saturday off kus I was too worn out. I need to get back on to a good track with my eating, that is the hard part.
Last week was ok.
Monday - 1 mile walk
Tuesday - 4 mile walk
Wednesday - 1 hour volleyball
Thursday - 30 DS
Friday - walked almost all day
Saturday - walked most of the day
Sunday - relaxed

Same old, here. I am really good into my Mon-Wed routine, both eating well and working out. I slip slowly but surely until I have a healthy dinner Sunday night!
I am 5 lbs away from my goal, though, so hopefully in a couple of weeks I'll get there.
