  • I finally got back on the 30DS horse, on Thursday and Saturday! I'm going to try 3x/wk to start out. Thank goodness my motivation has returned!

  • Eh, I really have to get back into WW's especially going to meetings. I know I've slipped recently.
  • I have been doing pretty good :D I went to the gym every day last week except for friday because I was so tired. I made up my missed week day by running yesterday. I am debating on going today (couldnt go this morning because I had a doctors appointment) I might at least go and run for 30 minutes and then head home to cook dinner. I don't want to do too much since I will be going back in the morning so I don't want to be worn out from the night before.

  • I have been good about working out, though I took Saturday off kus I was too worn out.  I need to get back on to a good track with my eating, that is the hard part.

  • Last week was ok. 

    Monday - 1 mile walk

    Tuesday - 4 mile walk

    Wednesday - 1 hour volleyball

    Thursday - 30 DS

    Friday - walked almost all day

    Saturday - walked most of the day

    Sunday - relaxed

  • Same old, here. I am really good into my Mon-Wed routine, both eating well and working out. I slip slowly but surely until I have a healthy dinner Sunday night!

    I am 5 lbs away from my goal, though, so hopefully in a couple of weeks I'll get there.

  • I did alright eating wise...still no exercising til I can talk to the doctor about the tendon in my hand...don't want it to happen elsewhere in my body!
