Re: What's your healthy snack?

  • Umm Im not a morning snacker usually but you could maye try granola or cereal bars or cereal. I eat the Smart ones brand breakfast quesadillas and they are so good. There is also oatmeal.

  • Well I was going to say bananas and almonds, but since fruit and nuts are out....

    - cottage cheese

    - string cheese

    - Cliff Bar (my afternoon snack always)

    - peanut butter and celery/carrots (I KNOW YOU LOVE PEANUT BUTTER)

    - yogurt

    - v8 juice

  • I was going to say nuts as well

Greek yogurt is my new favorite snack.  I also really like bell peppers dipped in home made guacamole (chopped up salsa, cilantro, lemon juice and avocado)

Sliced deli meat, or some cheese is good.  Olives are healthy and keep you full longer.

  • I usually go for yogurt in the morning. It is enough to keep me full until lunch. My afternoon snack is a granola bar.

  • I'm eating it right now, actually. Non-fat Greek yogurt.  I eat it as my afternoon snack almost every day.

    I also like unsalted cashews.

  • i typically bring lite yogurt (or greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey) or a nature valley granola bar to work as snacks.

right now, i'm snacking on the sweetest cantaloupe ever!! yummm

  • Actually my daily breakfast is a bagel, a piece of fruit and an HBE (hard boiled egg).  I try to get yogurt when I can too so I can have each food group.  The protein from the HBE usually keeps me full so I don't have to snack before lunch!  :)
