Do you still get excited?
Last Saturday was our 5 month anniversary of our wedding, and most days, it's just day to day life as a couple, but every now and then I get that excited pinch that I'm actually a married woman, and I'm married to my love!
It's the same kind of feeling that I got while planning the wedding, that crazy excitment..
I don't know.. it's hard to explain.. just wondering if I'm the only one.

Re: Do you still get excited?
Yes.
Marriage to my DH feels so normal and natural, but every so often we look at each other and say "we're married" with a huge smile on our face. We get a little giddy.
We both still get excited, we have made a point to celebrate each month of our marriage. Its been a glorious 5 months. When he's gone running errands, or anything away for longer than 5 min. my heart still skips a beat when he comes back in the room. I love it!
I still get excited.
The other day I arranged for a baby sitter so that we could catch a movie around 1pm. I asked him if he would like to see "The Other Guys". He said "I would love to take my wife to a movie!" My thought was "wait... but I wanted to go (few seconds later) oh yeah! Thats ME!"
Using the terms "husband" and "wife" still feel new even though he started using them before the wedding.
I love it when I come home from work and DH says "Hello Mrs. MarriedName." It always makes me smile!
