Puking after breakfast...
Almost everyday over the past 15 months for breakfast I have eaten 1 serving of oatmeal (quick 1 min oats cooked on stove top with water) with brown sugar and a glass of Simply Orange OJ.
Over the past 6 weeks I have taken to occasionally getting severely nauseous within minutes of eating. A handful of those times I've actually thrown up my breakfast (like this morning as I was walking out the door for work- had to dash back in to the bathroom- bleh). 99.9% sure I am not pregnant.
Any idea of what could be making me do this? Just seems so weird that for a year I had no issues with this breakfast and now all of a sudden I'm puking it up.

Re: Puking after breakfast...
Ugh - that does not sound fun. Sorry.
I went through something similar a few months ago - but thankfully it only lasted a couple weeks. Without fail, after I got out of the shower (after eating breakfast) I would feel suddenly incredibly ill. Sometimes if i sat down and put my head between my knees it would pass, other times, it was so bad I nearly was sick while brushing my teeth (ick). I think it was from the heat and steam of the shower - not sure why it was suddenly an issue for me, but once I figured it out and took measures to cool down more, the sickness went away.
Could your body be reacting to something like that - especially given how hot this summer has been? Or maybe something more basic - like a temporary intolerance to something you are eating? I've had temporary lactose intolerance issues and they were no fun. I had to cut dairy out of my system completely (even the little bit in my coffee) for several weeks while my system cleared itself of whatever was making me sick. I thought it sounded silly as I had never had any dairy issues before - but sure enough - two weeks without any dairy and I was feeling better!
Whatever the cause - I hope you find a solution and start feeling better soon!
ETA - could you be having a reaction to the OJ - or rather the acidity of the OJ? Have you tried a low-acid variation?
I would agree with Strength on this. I had morning sickness so bad with Mr.A & it was not fun at all
Any changes in your exercise, sleep or stress levels/schedules? I used to ALWAYS get sick when I tried to eat breakfast in the morning. Something about adding food to my empty stomach just made me feel pukey. I'm not exactly sure what caused it, but it was during a period of my life where I was super stressed and not getting nearly enough sleep or exercise... (college, actually), which is why I'm wondering if any of that might be causing your nausea.
Have you tried eating/drinking something different for breakfast? Maybe eating something with a bit higher fat content to help cut the acidity of the orange juice? It would be interesting to see if it's all food at breakfast time that causes the reaction, or if it's something specific about the food you're eating.
ETA: Also, I remember that I specifically had trouble with juice in the morning. To this day, I can't drink juice in the morning, because it just does something weird with my stomach. Or maybe I COULD drink it now, but the memory of all that past stomach discomfort makes it so it no longer sounds good to me in the morning.
The multivitamin I took in high school used to make me do that. It didn't and then it just did. It might be the combination of what you're eating with it. I couldn't have anything dairy-related in the a.m. if I took my vitamin. I'd try switching the time of day you take your vitamin just to see if that has something to do with it...and still eat the same thing.
This is pregnancy-related, but I had no nausea with my prenatals until about a month ago. They started making me really nauseous. I had to make sure I had enough food on my stomach before taking them and then I was fine. PB toast helped.

Zyrtec is allergies, not acid, I believe?
I used to take a multi-vitamin every day for years then one day, all of a sudden, it made me puke every morning. I'd lean towards that if the pregnancy test is negative.
