Where to find black/white thick striped tank?
I'm going to a pirate themed event this weekend & am looking for an inexpensive top to wear. I'm also looking for a red scarf/bandana.
I've been to one Goodwill & have also looked online (Target/Old Navy) with no luck. I'm planning on checking out Burlington Coat Factory tonight or tomorrow but was hoping one of you might have an idea where I can find something.

No problem! I was just going to post some I found on the site, but you probably saw them- even a grey/white one for 3.99, can't beat that! The Heritage store is also in the MOA which is the sister store of Forever 21.
