Earlier today I remembered something annoying my annoying nurse at the hospital said. After Evie came up from the NICU she was talking with me about nursing, but she didn't say nursing. She kept saying "suck on your breasts." "You should do the skin-to-skin contact and let her suck on your breasts for awhile." It sounded really weird. And kind of vulgar. I'm pretty sure I visibly cringed every time she said it.
Also, I'm not feeling so overwhelmed with visitors like I did last time. Multiple times when my family and Lorne's family were visiting after Will I had to "take a nap," which basically meant, "oh my god you people are driving me crazy and I have to go to my room to get away from you for an hour." I took a nap today, but it was because I actually really needed to sleep.

I wish I could remember the nurse's name. Thank you for validating my feelings about her weirdness though, I think I will call the hospital. She was just off.
This was the first time Will wanted to spend more than a minute in the ocean. Lorne talked him into letting him carry him out deeper in to the water so he could "get a better look at the waves." I think he didn't like the sand moving under his feet when he was standing, because he loved getting splashed by the big waves once Lorne was holding him.
Hezz - Evie was 7 lbs, 5 oz, 19.8 inches. We like her pretty well, I don't think we'll send her back.
