  • So far so good. I have been doing really well with working out lately, consistently going to the gym 5-6 days a week and it is must be paying off b/c I ran my fastest 5K ever on Sunday. I was so excited! It definitely motivated me to keep going. I still have a few pounds of baby weight hanging on that I am trying to get rid of but I think I am getting closer to getting rid of them!
  • Did a little 15 minute leg workout last night out of the Women's Health mag, and I'm certainly feeling it today.  I'm hoping I can stick with it!  I want great looking gams!  I did a few other exercises along with that last night, been eating lots of fruit, and taking my Fruit Plus+ supplements. I'm hoping this change DH and I are doing to make our lives healthier really pays off!
  • I've been naughty. Everyday I pack my bag with the intentions of going to spin class, something always comes up and I end up not being able to make it. We haven't been to the grocery store in forever other than to pick up little things here and there, so we have been eating out way too much and that is never a good thing. I have to squeeze my ass into a pair of skinny jeans tonight and I am not looking forward to it.

  • I'm still hanging in there. I went to spin last night. I always dread going, but then I feel great afterwards. I'm going to attempt spin on Thursday and Saturday too, but we'll see.

    Eating has been going fairly well too. I've been trying to eat lunch out only once a week (minus weekends since we're constantly on the move). So far, so good.

  • Not so good. Wedding last weekend = lots of food, little sleep, and a tired terpbride with a lazy attitude. I did meet up w/ a friend to run on Tuesday and will hopefully do something tomorrow.

    Go you for getting up before work and running! I think that workoout should count twice!

  • I'm trying my best to be good while down at the beach.  I haven't been too terrible, but my portions haven't been so great either.  I am also trying to get in a few runs while I'm down here and trying to be more active on days when I'm not running.  We'll see what the scale says when I get home!
