Where did you get your sofa/sectional?
DH and I are on a sofa finding mission this week. Where should we go? I don't want anything fancy and I don't want to spend a ton of money, I just want a place to sit down when we watch tv.
Bonus question to pet owners: Does anyone have a microfiber sofa and how does it hold up with claws and pet hair?

We got ours at Skandanavia off of Anderson. They run really good specials once in a while.
Before that one, there was the ol microfiber one. It held up to fur really well, and did well with stains too for that matter (until my XH decided to let his dogs pee all over it and let it sit in the garage for the two weeks before I came to pick it up). I don't think it would hold up well to claws, though.

We got our sofa at Ashley and we love it.
It is microfiber and we have 3 dogs but we don't let them on the sofa but it is easy to remove hair from the sofa.
I think it prevents stains and I can wash the seat covers with no problem
When we bought our house we seriously looked at every single furniture store for living room furniture. We specifically wanted a sectional since it would look good in our space. We finally found our set at Star Furniture. It's a charcoal microfiber sectional and matching chair. It has held up very nicely with our furbaby's nails but I can't say anything about holding up to pet hair since our puppy doesn't shed. Good luck on your search!
Our couch is from Ashley and we've been very happy w/ with quality. We have other furniture from Star and love it, as well.
Have you checked the PB outlets? Sometimes they have great deals on furniture. You can call every day to see if what their discounts are for, and they have a large indoor seating section.
one couch and the chaise are from ashley. however we really wanted one couch to have double recliners with no "console" in the middle and ashley jsut didn't have that. We found an exact color match though at Sofa Mart that we love.
Ashley had a better warrenty but other thent that I don't have a huge allegience. We did originally buy one more piece from ashley that we returned and they were super cool and easy to deal with through that process.
Both are microfiber and hold up great to our two dogs and cats!
