April 2010 Weddings
Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.

Thank you.

Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.

Update from Dr.

I posted this on FB too but here is the update from my appt.

Sooo the good news: there is no tear in the tendon in my hand, the splint is off and the wedding rings are back on my finger :) bad news: the tendon is still inflamed and there is no way of telling if it will tear/rupture at any time... So overall I'm definitely happy that its not torn...a little worried but happy.  Also I talked to my FIL (he is a dr.) and he says as long as I'm very careful and look out for any signs of tendon problems I should be ok to start exercising slowly again!  Woohoo!   Soo ready to drop these extra 10 pounds and tone up!Thanks for all the T&P and vibes yesterday!
