How often do you clean your carpets?
I was just curious how often we should be steam cleaning our carpets. We have only used our steam cleaner once. We don't have kids or pets. The carpet doesn't have any stains, but it looks a little matted.
What do you guys do?

If you dont have kids or pets, I would think that every 6 months or so should be fine, assuming you vacuum regularly.
Too much steam cleaning is not great for your carpeting.Im sure there must be info about this online somewhere--maybe search a website for a carpet company.
