1) What are you Health&Fitness goals?
I've been on WeightWatchers for 1 year, my initial goal was to lose 50 lbs, and im still working on it. But its not really about the weight - I really just want to be a healthy person and live a good, long, life.
2) What are you going to try to do within the next week to work on them?
I'm going to clean out my gym-area in the workshop at home so I can actually use my bowflex (which is awesome by the way). I'm also going to try very very hard to stick to my daily WW pts and not use them up for crap like chocolate or chips.
3) What's one Health&Fitness goal you had in the past that you achieved?
Well, before the wedding, I lost 20 lbs in total. Granted, ive gained 6 of those lbs back since the wedding but it was still an achievement.
4) What's one thing you love about your body?
Right now? I'm very down on my body this week especially after seeing a post-wedding picture of myself where i seriously looked horrible.
I do have to say, I really love my eyes. We'll see if i end up loving the rest of me once I feel better about myself and i'm more in shape.

1) What are you Health&Fitness goals?
I don't want to confine myself to specific number goals, like weight or inches or anything like that. As long as I'm happy with my body and how I look and feel, then that's perfect for me!
I do have one fitness related goal - to run a 5K!
2) What are you going to try to do within the next week to work on them?
For the past 3 weeks I've been doing the Couch to 5k program so I'll be sticking with that all the way til the end. I also plan to start doing the 30DS 1-2x a week and doing the P90X ab video.
3) What's one Health&Fitness goal you had in the past that you achieved?
I don't actually know! I mean, I lost about 7 pounds for the wedding which is pretty good for me. But I've now gained about 3 of those pounds back! Ugh.
4) What's one thing you love about your body?
Umm. Probably my smile and my butt! haha. My butt still needs some firming but I know my DH loves it!
Yay! I am excited to start!
1) What are you Health&Fitness goals? - My goal is to start eating better (not so much of the freezer food) and to get more tone and muscle.
2) What are you going to try to do within the next week to work on them? - I plan on joining the gym that DH belongs to. I have tried the gym thing before and was never really motivated enough to go regularly but I am hoping that with DH's help, I will stick to it this time!
3) What's one Health&Fitness goal you had in the past that you achieved? - I used to drink a lot of soda and was able to in the last year cut my soda intake down to just one or two a month, if that. This has had more positive effects as well because I now drink a lot more water and it saving me money, especially when eating out and I order ice water, which is free at restaurants!
4) What's one thing you love about your body? - I love that I was gifted with a fast matabolism and don't have to work hard to stay at a weight that I am happy with. However, that leads me to make unhealthy decisions due to being able to eat junk and not be affected.

1) What are you Health&Fitness goals? - To be able to fit comfortably in size 10 jeans. To drink more water.
2) What are you going to try to do within the next week to work on them? - Start running. I feel like I make good food choices, but maybe just track what I'm eating. Maybe I don't realize I'm making bad food choices.
3) What's one Health&Fitness goal you had in the past that you achieved? - I completed a marathon (in Hawaii!) about 5 years ago. Granted I walked the entire thing. But I completed it and all the training that went along with it.
4) What's one thing you love about your body? - I love my eyes. So does my husband.

To be more motivated to go to the gym as opposed to sleeping or doing Jillian Michael's DVD's at home. Now that the wedding is over I've been a lot more lax and I've noticed a lot more tired.
2) What are you going to try to do within the next week to work on them?
Get my butt up and force myself to go to the gym. Keep reminding myself we will be in Hawaii in less than 2 weeks and I want my wedding body intact for the honeymoon!
3) What's one Health&Fitness goal you had in the past that you achieved?
I really worked hard to be as fit as possible for the wedding, which was very hard with adjusting to working full time after graduating from school, and even harder was the fact that the job is night shift which I'd never done. I really feel that the way I looked for the wedding was the most fit I've been in a long time (and that's saying something because I was captain of the swim team in college). I tried on 2 skirts the other night I found in my closet. I hadn't been able to get them on in about 4 years... but they fit now. It was such a good feeling. 2 more pretty skirts for the honeymoon- yay!
4) What's one thing you love about your body?
I have great legs and I really don't go out of my way to tone them anymore... I think they are the way they are from being a dancer for 14 years... My arms on the other hand are another story! I wish they were naturally as toned as my legs
1) What are you Health&Fitness goals? I would like to start making healthy food choices and watch my calorie intake. I am on day 4 and doing well so far, but have a long way to go. I'd like to fit back into my size 6 jeans again.
2) What are you going to try to do within the next week to work on them? I've have gotten up every morning before work to walk my dog and have been writing down what I eat. Just to make sure I am within my calorie limit.
3) What's one Health&Fitness goal you had in the past that you achieved? I lost 30 pounds for the wedding!! I promised myself I would not walk down the aisle unless I liked the way I looked and I did it. There is not one picture I look at and have anything to complain about.
4) What's one thing you love about your body? hmmm well right now I am not too happy with where I am, but when I'm in shape and working out and healthy, I do love my abs

Lets answer these questions: 1) What are you Health&Fitness goals? I want to loose 10 more pounds. I don't want a belly anymore haha or the dreaded muffin!
2) What are you going to try to do within the next week to work on them? I see a PT once a week and I will do my ab exercises everyday
3) What's one Health&Fitness goal you had in the past that you achieved? I lost 15 before the wedding and I felt awesome and I am so proud when I look at pics! I went down 2 bra sizes!
4) What's one thing you love about your body? My calves! My not too bad giggly arms haha!

I want to get back in shape, I'm playing indoor soccer and I'm still really sore two days later. I can tell the weight I've gained since I used to play at a competitive level is hindering my ability to do much, and that's disappointing. I want to get back in shape and stay that way. I want to be healthy and happy and be able to keep up a routine. I want to get myself to a point where I'm in good enough shape, and go to the gym enough, that I will be able to exercise and stay fit when I get pregnant some day, and not have to start from square one again. I'd like to lose 20 pounds in the process.
2) What are you going to try to do within the next week to work on them?
Gym. Better eating habits. Go kick around a ball with hubby. Game 2 on Tuesday.
3) What's one Health&Fitness goal you had in the past that you achieved?
None. I've made goals, and I never follow through.
4) What's one thing you love about your body?
I'm pretty frustrated with myself right now and disappointed. But my eyes are OK I guess.

to get back into running everyday again and lose 15-20 lbs, and to do yoga once a week. DH and I have the P90x yoga and we both love it!

I want to run at least once this week, I know I'll be out of shape but anything to get back into it

I lost 10 lbs before the wedding...then moved home from college and proceeded to gain it all back thanks to mama's home cookin haha. I was so frustrated with myself for it, but losing the 10 lbs felt great!

I love my eyes, and the hourglass figure that I've been able to keep. For some reason the weight I gained back was in my thighs and my stomach but the front of it not my waist so I still kept that figure..just maybe not as defined as it was
