So I was cleared for regular activities at 6 weeks, and I tried to
do some light ab work that night. It was incredibly painful, so I
figured I just wasn't ready.
I tried again last night at almost
12 weeks pp, and it still really hurts. I can do crunches and things
that work my upper abs, but any kind of leg lift/scissor kick/pilates
move that works the lower abs is really painful. It's not a "these
muscles are out of shape" pain. It's a "dear goodness, something might
be ripping out of place" kind of pain.
Is that normal and something that will eventually go away or should I be concerned?
Re: Post baby ab workout?
Mucho likes purple nails and purple cupcakes
ITA with this. The soreness does go away eventually. I'm still waiting for it to as well but was just cleared to work out again two weeks ago so haven't tried much yet.
And OT but Lindsay that picture is just darling. She's so darn cute!
