What cleaning solution/combination do you use to wash your walls? Any tips?
Is what you use safe on paint?
Re: Washing Walls
I just use vinegar/water and a rag. I've seen people use dishsoap and water or just straight water.
All of my walls are satin paint and the trim is semi-gloss, so yes it's paint friendly. Typically flat and eggshell paint can't be cleaned very well, if at all.
Don't use a magic eraser to mass-clean the walls. It will remove the coating from the paint and you'll be left with dull splotches.
