Chicken/turkey/pork recipes?
So over the last year or so, I have totally lost my taste for chicken. The idea of another spiced chicken breast with potatoes/rice and veggies totally kills my appetite. Because of this, we've been eating a lot more beef which I know isn't healthy.
I'm looking for any kind of chicken recipes that will basically mask the taste of chicken (anything with a yummy sauce or chicken mixed in to something) or anything made with turkey or pork.
H makes excellent pasta dishes so we're pretty set as far as meatless goes.
Thanks ladies!
Re: Chicken/turkey/pork recipes?
Here are some awesome cooking blogs that I have used some recipes from. We tend to eat a lot of chicken bc it is pretty healthy & we both love it.

I just made these pork chops last night. Delicious! They were very moist, which is nice because pork is usually so dry.

It took longer than the 2 mins per side it suggests thought (more like 15, lol. Maybe I was doing it wrong!) The veggies were okay, but the meat was great!
ETA: I imagine you could also do this with chicken or turkey.
the flavor bible.
it'll teach you how to use flavors/herbs/spices. start venturing out into different kinds of cuisine (that you like). or cook meals with ground turkey/chicken, or turkey/chicken sausage when you normally use beef.
the one thing i found that does not substitute well: sloppy joes. you gotta use beef.
