Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day
My H bought me this book for my birthday as I had been eyeing it up.
I love to bake homemade bread but find it to be so tedious and too much work. I don't like breadmakers as they don't give you an authentic artisan crust.
Anywho ... I tried this book out last night after accumulating the supplies and ingrediants needed and the bread turned out fantastic! There is tonnes of recipes and topping suggestions, etc. If you like homemade bread and enjoy cooking you should definately check it out.
