Meatfest at the S's house!
We're bbqing tomorrow, so we started to prep today.
DH is currently making home made italian sausage and bratwurst. I dry rubbed 3 chickens with a brown sugar/paprika/salt/pepper spice rub and threw them in the smoker for four hours, and tomorrow we'll smoke ribs for 8 hours. Woo!
