  • Not often enough. Embarrassed I did just wash them both this past week, so I'll use the one now for a week to 2 weeks and then change to the other clean one.

Martha says to change them weekly.

  • About every 2-3 weeks. I love a nice fresh bath mat.

  • Every Saturday that I'm not working (basically every-every other week).  My dogs have a habit of laying on it, so it tends to get dirtier quicker.
  • At least once a month, sometimes more often depending on how dirty it gets (it's white and DH wears his shoes in the house).

  • At least once a month or whenever I need jus a little bit more in the laundry load to make it full.  It feels so good when it's clean!

  • I wash them weekly to keep everything fresh and so long as I don't put them on high heat they hold up great.

  • Every time the cat pees on it or it looks grungy.

So that'd be about 4x in one week and then not again for 2 months.

But we also don't step out onto the mat dripping wet, we get mostly dry in the shower and then step out.

  • Every time I wash a load of towels! (about once a week) It keeps it so fresh and fluffy! I love stepping out on a freshly washed bath mat :) But ours is more like a rug then one of those bath mats with the rubber backing. Not sure how they would hold up if you washed them all the time
