bleeding
I have been on my period non stop since March, and have had an IUD since May. Yes I have seen my doc for the bleeding situation, and the IUD was her cure all for the bleeding and BC once I got married and needed it. I have been married for 42 days now, and Halleluja I think the bleeding has stopped! I think I am finally off of my period, atleast for a little while!
Anyway, my question is regarding bleeding during sex. I was a virgin when I got married, and I did bleed from that first experience. I noticed after being intimate with my husband yesterday after having finally stopped bleeding for two days, that I started bleeding again. Just traces, and it did stop within several hours. So I guess my question is how long did you bleed from sexual encouters? Is it normal that I am still bleeding after sex or do I need to go back to my doctor and see if we can figure this one out?
Sex is not painful anymore, and DH is not huge, so I cannot think it is something like he is ripping me. Any ideas?

I think everything is probably fine. I bled the first few times I had sex and I occasionally will bleed after sex if it's been awhile.
This. And I'll bleed sometimes if we have sex right before my period is suppose to start.
I too had issues with birth control and would bleed for 2 weeks each month. Did your Dr check for anemia since you bled so much? I was just asking because mine did just to be on the safe side.
