Does anyone practice natural family planning? If so, how did you learn how? Any books you can recommend? Thanks!

just make sure you track correctly. i have been using this method for years and it works well for me. the best part is no weird b.c. side effects!
i learned in high school during religon class.
There are a lot of ladies who practice it on the Catholic board of TK. They are really helpful and have a lot of good info.
I just began reading TCOYF as H and I would like to go off of bc and start practicing NFP since it is what the Church teaches. We are also considering taking the class bc we don't want any kids right now.
Most Catholic diocese have either a church or a couple they can refer you to for NFP training.

I think I will use this method once I get married. I'm a big proponent of doing things as natural as possible, however doing it properly will be my main concern. I'm pretty tuned into my body and how it works when it comes to my cycles and such, but I know I'm going to be a little nervous using this method as my sole bc.
Main thing is just to research as much and you can and try to get the best idea of exactly how to approach and use this method.
