OK, here's the deal.
The laser beams of hate on my crotch cost around $500 for three treatments, and then I get two free. They asked if I wanted to tip. I said, for this session or altogether? They said, either. So I said, OK 20%; $100. But now I'm thinking that since two sessions are free, that isn't enough. But is 20% for that type of service too much?

Re: tipping question
I think 20% is pretty standard for someone providing services like waxing/hair, etc.
But you are getting this done in a salon? Someone shoots lasers at myt vagina,I'm pretty sure I want to sign on the door to say M.D.
It's a med spa, and a well known one around here. I don't really think you can find an actual doctor to do this.
Plus, it's not like plastic surgery. There's a gun, you point it and zap. I'm sure she's well trained but I don't think this requires a full three years of medical school.

Husbands should be like Kleenex: Soft, strong, and disposable.
that is terrifying. I am already freaked out by the massage and teeth whitening booths in the middle of the mall.
YES! The teeth whitening booth scares me, too. One has a storefront and says in big letters on the glass "Private rooms available!" Uh, they're not all private?

The one I saw last weekend was completely open to the mall. It had some kind of flimsy shower curtain thing, but that was it.
oh yeah, i saw the eyebrow threading last week in a kiosk too. the lady had one of the threads held by her mouth. i was skeeved out.
Is that what I did wrong after my breast reduction? Is that why they grew back?!? I was just 18! Have they no mercy on poor college students who don't know any better?!?
