So you made the cosmopolitan cupcakes? I printed out the recipe and had intended to try them out this weekend and never got around to it. How were they? Did you do the vodka glaze and all of that?

Yes I thought they were really good! The vodka glaze was one of the best parts. I didn't make the frosting according to the recipe I posted last week. I made a different version with cranberry and vodka rather than Cointreau. I didn't have cointreau and it's really $$$! Plus, I wanted to keep the cupcakes in line with a traditional cosmo.
All that said, while they were really good, they didn't really taste like a cosmo.
Maybe you will have better luck!
