bathroom poll of the day
So I went to the bathroom earlier and closed the door. Then suddenly thought, "Why did I do that? The only people here are the babies and THEY don't care."
I think it's just habit. I always feel a little nervous with the door open. Maybe because I grew up in a very small house with 5 people and the bathroom was the only room where you could get a little privacy (and since the door didn't have a lock and my family members are very open with each other, not even then half the time). So I close the door no matter what.
DH, on the other hand, has told me that he leaves it open if he's alone (and I know that he will also leave it open if he's on one floor of the house, I'm on the other, and there are no #2s involved).

Firefly IS totally awesome and I would have voted for all the Firefly options.
Do you guys have the show "Castle" down under? I haven't really watched it, but I heard the Halloween epsiode Nathan dressed up as Captain Mal. LOL.
Oh, yeah, and the real poll - I typically leave it open for #1, esp if I'm alone or in the middle of the night. Always closed for #2.

Castle is awesome! Cheesy, but charming and funny. The Halloween bit was hysterical - he walks out of a room in full Capt Mal dress, and Ben and I just looked at each other and started laughing. Then his daughter said something like, "You're a space cowboy AGAIN? You've been that for the last five years! It's time to let it go."
