How was your weekend?
Blah, Monday. Especially after i just had the past 5 days off for vacation...
So my weekend was spent in NH doing NH things with the ILs. I was definitely not ready to come back last night. Especially since it was pouring down rain almost the whole time and there was traffic and the bus got in a bit late. And we didn't have an umbrella and were dragging 2 suitcases with us. And i had to go to the bathroom...

Meggie, I hope you can rest and relax today. That doesn't sound like any fun comling back. I was so tired when we got back, that I forgot I had made a meeting for the morning for volunteering. In all fairness, I told them, that if my plane got in late, I wouldn't make it.
Friday night we went out to eat at Tequila Sunrise. I recommend that restaurant.
Saturday, DH had a birthday party for me. I sent out a lot of invites, but only a few people came. Everyone gets so busy here in nyc. We still had a good time and he got me a beautiful Dominican cake.
Sunday, started my 1 week of doing stuff for me and our house. Next week, I'll be getting stuff together for school.
My weekend was really good.
I took Friday off from work and mom and I went to CT to the Norwalk Maritime Aquarium. So, yeah she got her wish of seeing another state.
Saturday, we went shopping and in the evening, we went to a Dominica Calypso show in Brooklyn. It was so much fun!
Sunday, I stayed home cooking while DH and my mom went to the Bodies Museum. They came home late, chilled and that was our weekend!

It was good but didn't get anything done around the house. Or cleaning lady is coming tomorrow so tonight will be spent "cleaning" for the cleaning lady haha and doing laundry.
Friday night we had dinner with my in laws and two of my sister in laws.
Saturday we went to a Yankee game with my parents and brother.
Sunday we had a wedding at the Queens County Farm.
I have been so completely shot from work and all I wanted to do this weekend was relax. If course it was not nearly relaxing enough. We spent all day planning an open house crawl for Sunday and then spent all of Sunday driving from house to house. We have been looking for a new place closer to the city for almost a year and have not found anything that we like that is in our price range. So depressing.

My weekend was pretty relaxing...for the most part. Just had to contend with a cable guy that had no idea what he was doing...hence, me sitting around now waiting for the next one to arrive. =/ Other than that, my life is boring. lol
ooh, I did go to lunch on Friday with a friend and then we registered for my baby shower (whenever that may be).

My weekend was fun and busy!
Friday DH and I went to see The Swell Season in concert at the Oregon Zoo. He bought me amazing tickets for my birthday a few months ago. It was probably my most favorite concert ever
Saturday my best friend got married, so I spent most of the day doing stuff related to that and then attending the wedding that night. It was the most beautiful and awesome wedding ever
Yesterday I took DD to Picture People to get 6 month pics done, then had friends over for a dinner and packing party. Looking forward to finally relaxing once we move and get settled in for sure
