Sorry I have been MIA, I really have no excuse other than pure laziness. Nothing much has been going on, same ole same ole. Cody is getting a fat raise next week and I'm ready to celebrate with new furniture. 
Other than that, things have been fairly quiet around here. I have a new mission to make my sister in law squirm. Its easy and I get a sick satisfaction out of it. EXAMPLE: She came over the other day to get something from me and I had some paint swatches sitting on the table. We are planning on painting our living room, dining room, and kitchen a blue grey color and Ive had that planned for months. Well she decided to bash it and tell me the color is horrible because it will make my house look small. Well we have HUGE patio doors, a big living room, windows everywhere and she has no taste. So, my comeback was "well, you're right but my living room isn't tiny like yours so it'll be ok" she SQUIRMED I laughed on the inside. She is in SUCH competition with me and its so ridiculous so I have to have my fun.
I really think she is trying to be me and this isn't me being arrogant...she really is trying to be me...she even went and bought the same jeans I bought like 2 days after I bought them. They are not even her style so it's a little strange but whatever. They honeymooned at the same place we did and she came home and was showing off her little figurine of the man and woman she bought... hmm...that's funny, I bought the exact same one 3 months before. Its just a little bizarre.
What have you all been up to? Any big news? Anyone pregnant?

What you should've done is had some hideous colours laid out and told her your plan for painting the place... maybe she'd try to copy you and then you could just laugh

Well, not sure if you knew this already or not but I'm knocked up! haha. Due in April.
You should totally tell her you're painting your diningroom brown & orange stripes and show her the swatches - see if she follows suit then.

Nothing new here, got back from Michigan last night and I took off work today, so i'll be cleaning and running errands.
Not much new... starting a new academic year at work and trying to stay sane. We went to a Toby Keith concert last night, which would have been fun if we hadn't spent more time gridlocked in the traffic in and out than we did at the actual venue.
I am not knocked up-- to my knowledge, at least. It's so weird that I can no longer say that with absolute certainty except on a few days every month.
