As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I have a question... flu shots don't have a whole, live virus, right? How do they make people feel sick? Is it just that your immune system is prodded to do some work, leading to the crummy feeling??

I've never gotten a flu shot (at least not that I remember but I suppose I got one as a child?) but am getting one this year. Meh.

I am the same way when I feel well. I go to my husband and ask him to hold me. Seriously. I'm a wimp. I also call my mom to complain.

Better to feel crummy for a day or so than to actually get the flu while pg though. Hope you feel better very soon.
