Need help or suggestions for finding rental homes...
Hi Nesties!
I have been online searching for house rentals in Georgia. We are not yet ready to buy home, but definitely need to get out of apartment. Our thought process is that renting a house would be a nice transition into owning one. I feel like I have reached a block.
Does anyone know of any good websites that can be used, or have any suggestions as to where I can start this process? Any advice would be deeply appreciated.

I've used http://www.georgiamls.com/ and real estate listing sites have rentals too. Caldwell Banker and Atlanta Intown Reality have rentals on there websites.

I just caution you on using CL for finding rentals. There are some legit ads on there but there are a lot of scams (especially those pretending to be doing mission work overseas). When we were looking for rentals, we found a lot of those scams and reported them (they'll take houses that are for sale or for rent in other areas/states and try to get deposit money on them).
Some other sites (aside from the ones listed above) that are good include: www.rentlist.net and www.rentalhouses.com. We ended up going through a realtor who had a rental division and had good luck that way! Good luck!
