H ordered one for me! I am really excited about it. I read that once you get one you never have to use swiffers again. Anyone with any experience on this?
Re: Steam cleaner!
Can you use it on wood or just tile? We have a steamer to remove wallpaper and DH thought we could use it on the floors too, but then I have read things about not using it on wood because it can warp. ???
I've been wanting to get one but have been worried about this as well. DH has read mixed reviews about steamers and hardwood. Ours is sealed, but the cats do make little scratch marks in the wood. Our floors are less than a year old and I don't want to ruin them.
We use wet swiffers right now and the floors dry really quickly. So I guess as long as water/steam evaporates quickly it wouldn't be too much of a problem.
Haan is what we got....H put a lot of research into it. Ha ha ha. He tells me it is safe to use on our hardwood.
Yes, no chemicals! That is why we got one.
