As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

DH has his appt this am, to find out what his MRI has found. Please think about us, and pray it isnt a tear or anything serious.
eta* Well, he has torn his meniscus in 2 different places, has minimal arthritis and something else I cant remember right now....my head is spinning. The Dr. gave him a shot of cortizone, and the plan is to do at home therapy for 4 weeks, and hope it heals in that time. If not, surgery it is

Ouch...that's not fun! I hope the at-home therapy works and he can avoid surgery!
You've probably said and I've forgotten...what was he doing that he tore his meniscus??

THank you Carrie! He's really not sure what he did, but he played softball 2 days prior and then did some lifting at the gym the day before his pain started.
That does not sound fun either. I hope that he does not have to have surgery and that in home works.
