I love biotin! I started taking it in June, and my nails have never grown so fast, or been so strong.

These darn sticky things are making me want to rip them off and itch my skin off. I am so itchy!!
(No worries, I have a holter monitor on to make sure I don't have mitro valve prolapse or something else before ruling out everything and saying I have anxiety issues.)
Yep, there's biotin in the prenatal vitamins and so I've had lovely nails this past 9 months. Unfortunately, I think it (plus the pregnancy hormones) makes all my unwanted hair grow faster too.
I thought my nails would be growing faster but I haven't noticed any difference.
