Wish I could spend more time cooking

Have you ever spent much time on the What's Cooking page?  It looks like those ladies have lots of time on their hands and make really yummy things.  Just more cons to having to work full time.

  • Love WC - there are some moms w/full time jobs on there too, they are superwomen I tell ya. I don't know where they find time to do everything, take amazing photos and blog about the recipes. I guess I have poor time management!

  • I definitely do...  I have most of their blogs in my Google Reader, too - 162 of them.  Confused  I like the board/blogs, though - they help me find new things to make every week and when I'm looking, it's usually for something quick/easy.

I'm not a mom, though - and I still wonder how some of the moms/FT workers have the time for a blog...  especially doctorannie - she's a doctor and a mom and makes five blog updates a week!

  • I'll have to play over on that board more.

I can't even do the OAMC mom thing, where you just freeze your meals.  Maybe I can after we get a deep freeze.

  • I LOVE that board. I lurk over there a lot and I've posted a few times on there with questions about recipies

  • The WC'ers are awesome.

You just have to make choices.  I'm pretty cook about cooking something every night.  I do some prep on the weekends and shop after work.

Now granted I don't blog about it but I try to cook at least 4 or 5 nights a week.

I made dinner with some leftovers from last night and I have carrot bread cooling on the stove.  OMG smells amazing.
