Best place to view WEBN Labor Day Fireworks on 9/5/10?

My aunt has little infants and prefers not to sit around all afternoon waiting for the fireworks.  Although she knows that she probably won't get the best view, what are some good viewing spots without the huge wait?

  • I love goign to the Pavilion in Mt. Adams and watching from the decks.  they play the music on their speakers, too.  They charge different rates for each level and we always go for the mid range (it's the main level deck, not the highest) and the view is amazing.  I love not having to fight the crowds and having a toilet available :)
  • Sorry!  I only read the post title.  You can't go there with little ones since it's a bar, obviously, but there are also some great places to sit on the hill in Mt. Adams or go to Devou across the river (you have to get there early if you come from the OH side since they close off many streets).
