Thank You's w/ Pictures
DH & I really wanted to do Thank You's with pictures, but we still havent gotten our disk with all of our pictures on it. This Friday will be 4 weeks since we've been married. Were leaning on scrapping the idea and getting to work on the Thank You's ASAP.
Anyone else have this problem? Or have any advice?

We are waiting until we get our pictures because SO many people couldn't make it to our wedding (it was a destination wedding)... while it sucks we have to wait a while, it will be better in the end...
Also, TECHNICALLY, we have up to 1 year to get thank you notes out... :-)
If you wanted to send pictures, your guests won't judge if it takes an extra month or two to get a TY. Don't stress. We didn't do pictures but I wish we had.

I've actually read that 2 months after the honeymoon is the best time frame for getting thank yous out.
That said, I think it's also a good idea to ask for one or two from the photog early.
I think my DVD came around the 4 week mark so your not that far behind me. I would suggest emailing your photographer and having them email you a few, it shouldn't be a problem if you explain!
You could also do your thank yous now on standard TY cards and then as soon as your pics come in you can print a pic of you and DH and slip it in with it so all the work will already be done.
