Favorite recipes for Pork Tenderloin???
HT was having a great sale on pork tenderloins, however I've rarely if ever made one. Whose got a great recipe for a marinade or cooking one? Thanks!

Asian Peanut Butter Pork for the slow cooker from the 365 blog is awesome.

We made a Maple Balsamic Glazed Tenderloin recipe last week. It was easy and delicious. I also had all of the items in my pantry/fridge already, so that was a bonus!

I like this BBQ pulled pork recipe. I've made it with pork butt, but I like using the tenderloins b/c they are less fatty and easier to shred. I usually make it in the crockpot instead of the oven.
BBQ PORK
3 lbs pork shoulder/tenderloin
1 chopped onion
1 bottle ketchup
1 ketchup bottle full of water
3 T white vinegar
? cup Worcestershire sauce
1-2 teaspoons salt
1-teaspoon meat tenderizer
3 T Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
? teaspoon garlic powder
Mix in and pour over pork. Cook 5 (or more) hours at 300 degrees. Let meat cool, then shred. Best when refrigerated overnight and reheated.
I have another recipe that's pretty tasty, but I don't have it with me. But generally speaking, this is what you do. Take several cloves of garlic & cut them in half. Cut slits along the tenderloin & stick the garlic halves in there. Rub balsalmic vinegar into the tenderloin. Chop some fresh rosemary & fresh thyme, and rub it into the tenderloin along with some salt & pepper. Rub some olive oil into the tenderloin to finish. Roast in the oven (don't remember temp, but high, like 450?)
