I'm co-hosting a shower for my best friend with her aunt. I'm meeting her on Monday to talk ideas but I was hoping you ladies could give me some inspiration as well. The bride is registered for Fiestaware so her aunt was thinking of doing a Fiesta theme for the shower. The bride is happy with the theme as long as there is sangria, so easy enough. Here's where I'd like to get y'alls input:
Thoughts on invitation wording?
Decor?
Food?
(Sorry to post and run, I'll be back later tonight)

I agree with Mamie, I'd go for Mexican food -- maybe empanadas, mini flan, margaritas and mojitos, a taco bar.
Rather than traditional "Fiesta" decor (sombreros, maracas), I'd go for the colors -- lime green, bright orange, bright yellow, pinks. Maybe go for a margarita or a chili pepper theme? Here's two invites I found:

You could word it as:
Let's raise a glass (and some salt and a lime!) to our caliente bride-to-be! Join us for a fiesta-inspired bridal shower, where the drinks are cool and the fun & games are hot! hot! hot!.
For decor you could make something similar to these:
BFP #1: 6.26.12 EDD: 2.11.13 missed m/c: 7.31.12 @ 12 weeks
BFP #2: 10.1.12 EDD: 6.11.12

My sister had a fiesta themed couples shower... they did postcard invites - like this...
They had a pinata filled with mini liquor bottles and candy, Mexican food and did it poolside at her friend's house.
For food ideas...
Spicy Chicken Tortilla Rollups
Enchilada bites and empanadas
Margarita or Strawberry Margarita cupcakes
Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Bars
I would add chips and salsa/bean dip/guacamole, maybe a layered taco dip or jalepeno popper dip.
For decor...
Do you have any fiesta ware? It would be fun to serve everything on fiesta ware platters, make the sangria in the fiesta pitcher, etc. I would do bright colored flowers or tissue poms to match the dishes colors.

I'd like to second the margarita cupcakes! Absolutely delicious. I haven't tried the strawberry marg ones yet, myself.
Also, a girl on my local has an absolutely fabulous and easy recipe for crock pot chicken you can turn into something easy like quesadillas. Recipe is in this thread. You can sub out the pico de gallo for, wait for it, a can of Ro-tel. DH said it was the best chicken I've ever made.
ETA: Tissue paper poms in Fiesta colors would make a great, easy, inexpensive decoration. But don't buy a kit! All you need is tissue paper, a little bit of floral wire and some fishing line to hang them.
